Participants either complete their assessments in their own time, or simultaneously in a collaborative on-line risk assessment workshop. All voting is anonymous so that participants can submit their opinions without concern for who that view might be considered by participants, facilitators or management, leading to greater candor and more valuable debate.
The software creates a variety of reports of survey responses. These reports can be filtered, allowing you to see the viewpoint of a specific role or function, or of a particular department or location, while maintaining the anonymity of the voting. These reports can be kept confidential or published to respondents. The report formats include a variety of data tables plus heat maps, scatter graphs, pie and bar charts.
