Resolver Announces Fall 2012 User Group

Toronto, Canada – September 24, 2012 – Resolver is excited to announce its much anticipated Fall 2012 User Group, to be held at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre in downtown Calgary, Alberta on Wednesday November 7.

The first day of the event will feature the traditional full day User Group followed by a networking event in the evening.  This year Resolver has also added optional GRC Cloud and Ballot training on the following day, Thursday November 8, to those who are interested.

“I’m really looking forward to the User Conference in Calgary,” said Joe Crampton, VP Product – Ballot. “This will be our third user conference of 2012, with great successes in London and Toronto earlier this year.”

The user group will focus on three key objectives:

  • Product input, where clients provide input into the product roadmap and feedback on upcoming features;
  • Shared client experiences, where clients will have the opportunity to network and share their experiences and best practice insights with other clients;  and,
  • Product updates, where our product team will review the enhancements and features of our latest releases.

“One of our favorite aspects of the conference is getting the time to sit down with clients and listen to their stories,” Crampton said. “These brainstorming sessions are a fantastic way for our clients to help shape the applications of tomorrow.”

Additionally, for the first time ever, we have added a second day of optional software training. Users will have the opportunity to learn more about our products and how to best take advantage of their capabilities in sessions led by Resolver product executives. The GRC Cloud training session will be hosted by Malissa Lundgren, VP Product – GRC Cloud while the Ballot training session will be led by Joe Crampton.

“We are looking to revolutionize the way people interact with our software over the next year or two,” Lundgren added. “User Groups and all the client feedback we receive are what enable us to create a truly successful GRC experience.”
